Jade Express - Raleigh is a chinese restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is listed at 111 Seaboard Ave Unit 122, Raleigh, NC 27604, which places it among the local businesses of Raleigh that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Raleigh; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10:30 am–9 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Jade Express - Raleigh at (919) 307-4286; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. I used to LOVE Jades, especially the one in Asheboro ; when I seen that they were opening in Seaboard I was ECSTATIC. The customer service from the team making the food was great, the owners? HORRIBLE PEOPLE There’s an older Asian lady in there that is the owner / manager and I watched how she raised her voice, got snappy multiple times which caused confusion and prevented my order from being done earlier / tried to get them to do 2 things at once etc. She spoke to adults like absolute CHILDREN, I almost wanted to walk out and leave the food! Peace China in seaboard station is better tasting, a better atmosphere and higher quality with a more extensive menu. I will never go to another Jade express in my life idc where which location it’s in.

Yo….. the bourbon chicken hit my SOUL!!!!!! Have only ordered DoorDash so far but gd, I’ve never tasted such flavorful chicken and excited to try more on the menu! Crab Rangoons are spot on, huge orange chicken pieces pleased the kiddos, bogo soup is so yummy and fried rice actually has flavor. You cannot pass up on the bourbon chicken… my gad it’s cooked with so much love!!!!!! Hands down our new spot in Raleigh!!! Please don’t change a thing!!

Listen yall, Jade Express takes care of me every time! I get generous portions, fresh chicken, and affordable pricing. This place gives me a nostalgic feeling as if I was about to get dropped off at the mall with only $20.00 to my name. Jade express will get you right!

Really enjoyed the food I had tonight at Jade Express, I would definitely come back! The food was fresh, not overly greasy and cooked to perfection. I found this place off of TikTok & can tell the owner + workers care about the people coming through the building. The 8-9pm special was told to me as: $5 - 1 meat w/ 1 side $7 - 2 meats w/ 2 sides You honestly can’t beat that compared to the malls & other fast food Chinese places around the Raleigh area. Only reason I gave it 4 stars (really 4.5) was because I couldn’t get a receipt. I spent $20.57 in 3 plates of food. The cashier said that the printer β€œdoesn’t print”.. really defeats the purpose of having one. I also put my phone number in, there was no option for a text/email/paper receipt. I understand there’s $5-7 plate(s) at closing but, customers always want to know & see the total of their order. Otherwise, highly recommend for folks to get a 🍽️ plate.

the owner is sooooo nice and caring ! he always give great customer service and has a smile on his face. i made a tik tok about the $5 special that has over 100,000 views and he handless the influx of new customers with grace and professionalism! he expressed to me that he cares about the community and making sure everyone can afford a good tasty meal! the spicy bourbon, regular bourbon, orange chicken, and black pepper chicken are fire !!! better than your average mall chinese food. they will always have a customer in me 🩡
